🔄 Right of Withdrawal & Returns (Widerrufsrecht)

In strict compliance with EU Consumer Protection Laws, we proudly offer a transparent 14-day statutory right of withdrawal:

Cooling-Off Period: You have the absolute right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the exact date you (or a designated third party) physically receive the package. You do not need to provide any reason for the cancellation.
How to Cancel: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must explicitly declare your intention by emailing us at theaeroshades@gmail.com or submitting a cancellation request prior to the expiration of the 14-day window.
Return Period: Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to safely ship the item back to our designated processing center.
Product Condition: To receive a full refund, the item must be returned with all original accessories included, unused, and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with EU law, the customer is responsible for covering the direct shipping costs associated with returning the unwanted item. We highly recommend utilizing a tracked shipping service.

Processing Time: We will initiate your full monetary refund within 14 days of safely receiving the returned item at our facility (or upon receiving valid tracking proof that the goods have been dispatched back).
Payment Method: The refund will be credited back via the exact same payment method utilized during the checkout process (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit Card). No additional processing fees will be charged for your refund.

Order Processing: Under our official digital sales agency agreement, all orders are synchronized directly with our manufacturing network. Order processing and quality inspection take 1 to 3 business days prior to dispatch.
Delivery Time: Fast premium shipping within Germany and the EU takes 6 to 10 business days once your package is dispatched from our provider networks. For all other countries, delivery time is calculated individually based on the destination.
Tracking: A secure tracking link will be sent to your email address as soon as the package is handed over to the courier network.
Customs & Duties: All standard import customs declarations and processing fees are fully managed and cleared within our integrated global supply pipeline. No hidden fees upon delivery.
